একে লিংগৰ বিয়া (ইংৰাজী: Same sex marriage) হল অনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে দুজন পুৰুষ বা দুগৰাকী মহিলাৰ মাজত হোৱা বিয়া যি সমকামিতাৰ ফলত হোৱা একে লিংগৰ প্ৰেমৰ পৰিনাম হয়। একে লিংগৰ বিয়া ভিন্ন প্ৰাচীন সভ্যতা যেনে ৰোমান আৰু চীনা ফুজিয়ানৰ মাজত প্ৰাচীন কালৰে পৰা অনুষ্ঠিত হৈ আহিছে। কিন্তু পশ্চিমীয়কৰণৰ ফেক্ট ১৯ শতিকাত এই প্ৰথা লোপ পায়।[1] আধুনিক যুগত প্ৰথম একবিংশ শতিকাৰ শেষত একে লিংগ বিয়াক মৰ্যদা প্ৰদান কৰি আইন প্ৰস্তুত কৰা হৈছিল।

আৰুবা, কুৰাচাও, চেক গণৰাজ্য,গ্ৰীচ,হণ্ডুৰাছ, ভাৰত,জাপান, লিচেনষ্টেইন, নাভাজো জাতি, দক্ষিণ কোৰিয়া, থাইলেণ্ড, আৰু ভেনিজুৱেলাত একে লিংগৰ বিয়াৰ বিষয়ে বিধায়িনী দল বা আদালতে বিবেচনা কৰি আছে।[3][4]

লিথুৱেনিয়া, পেৰু, ফিলিপাইনছ,দক্ষিণ কোৰিয়া আৰু ইউক্ৰেইনকে ধৰি কেইবাখনো দেশত নাগৰিক দাম্পত্যৰ স্বীকৃতি প্ৰদান কৰা হৈছে।[5]
