এয়াৰ ইণ্ডিয়া ফ্লাইট ১৭১ (ইংৰাজী: Air India Flight 171) ভাৰতৰ আহমেদাবাদৰ চৰ্দাৰ বল্লভভাই পেটেল আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় বিমানবন্দৰৰ পৰা যুক্তৰাজ্যৰ লণ্ডন গেটৱিক বিমানবন্দৰলৈ নিৰ্ধাৰিত আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় যাত্ৰীবাহী বিমান আছিল। ২০২৫ চনৰ ১২ জুন তাৰিখে ভাৰতীয় মান সময় অনুসৰি ১৩:৩৮ বজাত বিমানখন চলোৱা বয়িং ৭৮৭-৮ ড্ৰিমলাইনাৰ বিমানখন উৰণৰ প্ৰায় ৩০ ছেকেণ্ডৰ পিছত আহমেদাবাদৰ মেঘনীনগৰ চুবুৰীৰ বি জে মেডিকেল কলেজৰ হোষ্টেল ব্লকত দুৰ্ঘটনাগ্ৰস্ত হয়। বিমানখনত ২৩০জন যাত্ৰী আৰু ১২জন কৰ্মীদল আছিল। ইয়াৰে মাত্ৰ এজন যাত্ৰীহে বাচিল। দুৰ্ঘটনাটোত বিমানখনত থকা ২৪১জন আৰু বিমানৰ বাহিৰৰ কমেও ২৮জন লোক নিহত হয়।

দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ লগত জড়িত বিমানখন এঘাৰ বছৰ পুৰণি বয়িং ৭৮৭-৮ ড্ৰিমলাইনাৰ বিমান আছিল। এই বিমানখন ভিটি-এএনবি হিচাপে পঞ্জীয়ন কৰা হৈছিল আৰু ইয়াৰ ক্ৰমিক নম্বৰ ৩৬২৭৯ আছিল।[1][2] ২০০৫ চনত এয়াৰ ইণ্ডিয়াই এই বিমানখন অৰ্ডাৰ কৰিছিল[3] আৰু ২০১৪ চনৰ জানুৱাৰী মাহত বিমান সংস্থাটোক ডেলিভাৰী কৰা হৈছিল।[4] বিমানখনত জেনেৰেল ইলেক্ট্ৰিক GEnx-1B67 ইঞ্জিন ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা হৈছে।[3]

অসামৰিক বিমান পৰিবহণ সঞ্চালকালয় আৰু এয়াৰ ইণ্ডিয়াৰ মতে, বিমানখনত ২৪২জন লোক আছিল: ১১টা শিশু আৰু ২টা কেঁচুৱাকে ধৰি ২৩০ গৰাকী যাত্ৰীৰ লগতে ২জন পাইলট আৰু ১০জন বিমান পৰিচাৰিকা।[10][11]

যাত্ৰী মেনিফেষ্টত ১৬৯জন ভাৰতীয়, ৫৩জন ব্ৰিটিছ, ৭জন পৰ্তুগীজ আৰু ১জন কানাডিয়ান নাগৰিক আছিল।[12] যাত্ৰীসকলৰ ভিতৰত গুজৰাটৰ প্ৰাক্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী বিজয় ৰূপানীও আছিল।[13]

ফ্লাইট ১৭১ বিমানখনে আহমেদাবাদ বিমানবন্দৰৰ ২৩ নং ৰাণৱেৰ পৰা স্থানীয় সময় অনুসৰি ১৩:৩৮ বজাত (ভাৰতীয় মান সময়; ০৮:০৮ UTC) লণ্ডন গেটৱিকলৈ যোৱাৰ পথত উৰা মাৰে। METARৰ প্ৰতিবেদন অনুসৰি এই সময়ত বতৰ সুস্থিৰ আছিল আৰু দৃশ্যমানতা স্পষ্ট আছিল।[8]

বিমানখনৰ এডিএছ-বি ট্ৰেন্সপণ্ডাৰত সৰ্বোচ্চ উচ্চতা ৬২৫ ফুট (১৯১ মিটাৰ) বুলি জানিব পৰা গৈছে। ট্ৰেন্সপণ্ডাৰৰ ৰিচেপচন ০৮:০৮:৫০ UTC বজাত প্ৰায় ২৩০ ফুট (৭০ মিটাৰ)ত ৰাণৱে ০৫ৰ থ্ৰেছহ’ল্ড অতিক্ৰম কৰাৰ আগতে ইয়াৰ সংযোগ বিছিন্ন হয়। তাৰপিছত বিমানৰ কৰ্মীদলে আহমেদাবাদত বিমান পৰিবহণ নিয়ন্ত্ৰণৰ বাবে মে'ডে আহ্বান জনায়।

দুৰ্ঘটনা সংঘটিত হোৱা মেঘনীনগৰ অঞ্চলৰ প্ৰত্যক্ষদৰ্শীয়ে একাধিক বিস্ফোৰণ শুনা বুলি জনায়। তাৰ পিছত বিমানখনে এটা অট্টালিকাত খুন্দা মাৰি সৰি পৰাৰ সময়ত ওচৰৰ ঠাইৰ পৰা ধোঁৱাৰ ডাঠ ঢৌ দেখা গৈছিল।[16] বিমানখন অসামৰিক চিকিৎসালয়ৰ চৌহদত অৱস্থিত বি জে মেডিকেল কলেজৰ ছাত্ৰ-ছাত্ৰীৰ হোষ্টেলৰ ভৱনত খুন্দা মাৰে।[8][17] বিমানখনৰ আংশিকভাৱে অক্ষত ষ্টেবিলাইজাৰ আৰু টেইল কন বা নেজ অংশ দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ পিছত বহুমহলীয়া অট্টালিকাৰ ওপৰত লাগি ধৰে।[18] দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ লগে লগে কেইবাটাও বিস্ফোৰণ সংঘটিত হয়।[19]

উদ্ধাৰ আৰু সাহায্য অভিযান

দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ পিছত আহমেদাবাদৰ অগ্নিনিৰ্বাপক আৰু জৰুৰীকালীন সেৱা বিভাগে বিভিন্ন চহৰ সংমণ্ডলৰ পৰা ইউনিট নিয়োগ কৰে।[20] দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ বিষয়ে নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কক্ষলৈ ১৩:৪৫ বজাত প্ৰথম ফোন আহিছিল। ইয়াৰ লগে লগে নৰোড়া জিআইডিচিৰ পৰা ততাতৈয়াকৈ দুটা অগ্নিনিৰ্বাপক বাহিনীৰ দল প্ৰেৰণ কৰি "ব্ৰিগেড কল" জাৰি কৰা হয়। ১৫ জনতকৈ অধিক লোকৰ অগ্নিনিৰ্বাপক বাহিনীৰ কৰ্মচাৰীৰ সৈতে মুঠ ৩৩৭জন অগ্নিনিৰ্বাপক বাহিনীৰ লোক, ৬০খন অগ্নিনিৰ্বাপক বাহন আৰু ২০খন পানীৰ ব'জাৰ নিয়োগ কৰা হৈছিল। অগ্নিনিৰ্বাপক বাহিনীৰ ২০খন এম্বুলেন্সকে ধৰি একাধিক এম্বুলেন্সক ততাতৈয়াকৈ এই স্থানলৈ লৈ যোৱা হয়।[21][19] উদ্ধাৰ অভিযানৰ সুবিধাৰ বাবে দুৰ্ঘটনাস্থলী আৰু ইয়াৰ আশে-পাশে যোৱা সকলো পথ বন্ধ কৰি দিয়া হৈছিল। বদোদৰাৰ পৰা ২০খন অগ্নিনিৰ্বাপক বাহিনীৰ গাড়ী প্ৰেৰণ কৰা হয়। গান্ধীনগৰ অগ্নিনিৰ্বাপক বিভাগ, অ'এনজিচি, গিফ্ট চিটি আৰু অসামৰিক প্ৰতিৰক্ষাৰ দলসমূহেও এই অভিযানত অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰে।

আহমেদাবাদ বিমানবন্দৰৰ নিৰাপত্তাৰ দায়িত্বত থকা কেন্দ্ৰীয় ঔদ্যোগিক নিৰাপত্তা বাহিনী (CISF) প্ৰথম সঁহাৰিদাতাসকলৰ ভিতৰত আছিল।[22] ইয়াৰ লগতে সীমান্ত সুৰক্ষা বাহিনী (BSF)ৰ দুটা দল নিয়োগ কৰা হৈছিল।[23] ধ্বংসাৱশেষ নিষ্কাশন আৰু আহতসকলৰ চিকিৎসাত সহায় কৰিবলৈ ভাৰতীয় সেনাৰ প্ৰায় ১৩০জন জোৱান নিয়োগ কৰা হয়। প্ৰচেষ্টাত সহায় কৰিবলৈ এখন সামৰিক চিকিৎসালয় ষ্টেণ্ডবাই ৰখা হৈছিল।[1][24] কেন্দ্ৰীয় সংৰক্ষিত আৰক্ষী বাহিনীয়ে (চি আৰ পি এফ) প্ৰায় ১৫০জন জোৱান নিয়োগ কৰাৰ বিপৰীতে ৯০জন লোকৰ তিনিটা ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় দুৰ্যোগ প্ৰশমন বাহিনী (এন ডি আৰ এফ) দলক উদ্ধাৰ অভিযানৰ বাবে সংগঠিত কৰা হৈছিল।[25] পশ্চিম ৰেলৱেই দুৰ্যোগ ব্যৱস্থাপনা দল, ৰেলৱে সুৰক্ষা বাহিনীৰ কৰ্মচাৰীৰ লগতে ছয়জন চিকিৎসক, ২০জন কৰ্মী আৰু সাতখন এম্বুলেন্সৰ চিকিৎসালয়ৰ দলৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰিছিল।[26]

দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ এঘণ্টাৰ ভিতৰতে জুই নিয়ন্ত্ৰণ কৰিবলৈ সক্ষম হয় যদিও আৰু পাঁচ ঘণ্টা ধৰি উদ্ধাৰ অভিযান অব্যাহত ৰখা হয়। আহমেদাবাদ পৌৰ নিগমৰ কেন্দ্ৰীয় কৰ্মশালাত ১৫৯খন বাহন, ১৫খন আৰ্থমুভাৰ, ৫খন এক্সকেভেটৰ, ২৫খন ট্ৰাক আৰু এটা ৰোলাৰ নিয়োজিত কৰি স্থানৰ পৰা ধ্বংসাৱশেষ পৰিষ্কাৰ কৰা হয়। এএমচিয়ে সাহায্য অভিযানৰ বাবে ১৩০জন অভিযন্তা, ইয়াৰ স্বাস্থ্য বিভাগৰ ১০০ জনতকৈ অধিক কৰ্মীকো মাতি আনি পৌৰসভাৰ চিকিৎসালয়সমূহ জৰুৰীকালীন সাজু হোৱাৰ নিৰ্দেশ দিয়ে। দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ কিছু সময়ৰ পিছতে বিমানবন্দৰৰ সকলো বিমান কাৰ্য্যকলাপ বন্ধ কৰি দিয়া হয়[27] আৰু তাৰ পিছত দিনটোৰ পিছৰ সময়ছোৱাত সীমিত ক্ষমতাৰে পুনৰ আৰম্ভ কৰা হয়।[15]

ভুক্তভোগীসকল

গুজৰাট আৰক্ষীৰ জ্যেষ্ঠ বিষয়া বিশাখা ডাব্ৰালৰ মতে, কমেও ২৬৯টা মৃতদেহ অসামৰিক চিকিৎসালয়লৈ অনা হৈছিল আৰু বিমানখনত থকা ২৪১জন লোক আৰু বিমানৰ বাহিৰত থকা কমেও ২৮জন লোকৰ মৃত্যু হৈছে।[28][29][30][31][8] এজন ৪০ বছৰীয়া ব্ৰিটিছ নাগৰিক বিমান খনৰ পৰা পলায়ন কৰিব সক্ষম হয় আৰু তেওঁ এই দুৰ্ঘটনাত প্ৰাণ ৰক্ষা পোৱা বিমানৰ যাত্ৰীসকলৰ ভিতৰত একমাত্ৰ ব্যক্তি। তেওঁ বিমানখনৰ জৰুৰীকালীন প্ৰস্থানৰ কাষত থকা ১১এ আসনত বহিছিল।[32] চিকিৎসা কৰা চিকিৎসকসকলে কয় যে তেওঁৰ অৱস্থা একাধিক আঘাতৰ সত্ত্বেও বৰ্তমান বিপদৰ আওঁতাৰ বাহিৰত।[33] বিমানখনত থকা তেওঁৰ ভাতৃও বাচি নাথাকিল।[34] ভুক্তভোগীসকলৰ ভিতৰত ২০১৬ চনৰ পৰা ২০২১ চনলৈকে গুজৰাটৰ মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী বিজয় ৰূপানীও আছিল।[35] বিমানখনে আঘাত কৰা হোষ্টেলত থকা কমেও ৫০জন চিকিৎসা বিজ্ঞানৰ ছাত্ৰক চিকিৎসালয়ত ভৰ্তি কৰা হয় আৰু ৪১জন লোক আহত হয়।

তদন্ত

এই দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ তদন্ত ভাৰতৰ বিমান দুৰ্ঘটনা তদন্ত ব্যুৰো (AAIB)ৰ অধীনত চলি আছে।[36] যুক্তৰাজ্যৰ বিমান দুৰ্ঘটনা তদন্ত শাখা[37] আৰু আমেৰিকাৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় পৰিবহণ সুৰক্ষা ব'ৰ্ডে (NTSB) প্ৰত্যেকেই তদন্তত সহায় কৰিবলৈ এটা দল ভাৰতলৈ পঠিয়াইছিল।[1][21] আমেৰিকাৰ ফেডাৰেল এভিয়েশ্বন প্ৰশাসনে (এফ এ এ) কয় যে তেওঁলোকে এন টি এছ বিক সহায় কৰিবলৈ "তৎক্ষণাত এটা দল আৰম্ভ কৰিবলৈ সাজু।" [38]

ভাৰতৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় নিৰাপত্তাৰক্ষীয়ে (NSG) দুৰ্ঘটনাস্থলীৰ পৰা দুটা ব্লেক বক্সৰ ভিতৰত এটা উদ্ধাৰ কৰে। ই দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ সঠিক কাৰণ নিৰ্ণয় কৰাত সহায় কৰিব।[16][39] ১৩ জুনত গুজৰাট সন্ত্ৰাসবাদ বিৰোধী দলে (ATS) ধ্বংসাৱশেষৰ পৰা এটা ডিজিটেল ভিডিঅ' ৰেকৰ্ডাৰ (DVR) উদ্ধাৰ কৰে।[40][41] কেইঘণ্টামানৰ পাছত তদন্তকাৰীয়ে দ্বিতীয়টো ব্লেক বক্স— বিমানখনৰ ডিজিটেল ফ্লাইট-ডাটা ৰেকৰ্ডাৰ (ডিএফডিআৰ)ৰ সন্ধান পায়।[42]

ভাৰতৰ বিমান কৰ্তৃপক্ষ অসামৰিক বিমান পৰিবহণ সঞ্চালকালয় (DCGA) আৰু এয়াৰ ইণ্ডিয়াইও এই দুৰ্ঘটনাৰ তদন্ত আৰম্ভ কৰে।[43] ১৩ জুনত ডিজিচিএই ১৫ জুনৰ পৰা বিমান সংস্থাটোৰ সমগ্ৰ বয়িং ৭৮৭ বিমানৰ প্ৰস্থানৰ পূৰ্বে অতিৰিক্ত কাৰিকৰী পৰিদৰ্শনৰ নিৰ্দেশ দিয়ে।[44]
