তাছি ছ'জোম (ইংৰাজী: : Tashi ChhozomDzongkha: བཀྲིས་ཆོས་འཛོམས་) এগৰাকী ভূটানী উকীল আৰু আইনবিদ যিয়ে ২০১২ চনত দেশৰ উচ্চতম ন্যায়ালয়ত নিযুক্তি পোৱা প্ৰথমগৰাকী মহিলা হিচাপে পৰিগণিত হয়।২০২৩ চনত ছ'জোমক... ভূটানৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় পৰিষদৰ পাঁচজন বিশিষ্ট সদস্যৰ ভিতৰত এজন হিচাপে কাম কৰে।
শিক্ষা
[সম্পাদনা কৰক]ছ'জম ২০০৫–২০০৬ চনত ৱাশ্বিংটন ডি চিৰ আমেৰিকান ইউনিভাৰ্চিটিৰ ৱাশ্বিংটন কলেজ অৱ ল'ৰ হুবাৰ্ট হামফ্ৰেৰ ফেলো আছিল।[1][2] অধ্যাপক ষ্টিফেন ৱাৰ্মিয়েলে তেওঁক আতিথ্য প্ৰদান কৰিছিল আৰু কিশোৰ আদালত ব্যৱস্থা আৰু মহিলাৰ বিষয়সমূহ অধ্যয়ন কৰিছিল।[3]
ছ'জমে অষ্ট্ৰেলিয়াৰ কুইন্সলেণ্ড ইউনিভাৰ্চিটি অৱ টেকন'লজিৰ পৰা আইনত স্নাতকোত্তৰ ডিগ্ৰী লাভ কৰে (২০১০) আৰু ২০১৩ চনত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়খনৰ বিশেষ উৎকৃষ্টতা বঁটা লাভ কৰে।[4]
কেৰিয়াৰ
[সম্পাদনা কৰক]ছ'জোমে বিভিন্ন জিলা আদালতত ন্যায়াধীশ হিচাপে কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰিছিল, তেনে কৰা প্ৰথম মহিলা।[3] তেওঁ উচ্চ ন্যায়ালয়তো কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰিছিল,[5] আৰু ৰয়েল জুডিচিয়াল চাৰ্ভিচ কাউন্সিলৰ অধ্যক্ষ হিচাপেও কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰিছিল।[6] মহিলাৰ বিষয় আৰু কিশোৰ গোচৰৰ প্ৰতি বিশেষ আগ্ৰহ প্ৰকাশ কৰিছে আৰু ভূটানত সুকীয়া কিশোৰ আদালত ব্যৱস্থা স্থাপনৰ কাম কৰিছে।[3]
২০১২ চনৰ ৩ আগষ্টত দহ বছৰৰ বাবে উচ্চতম ন্যায়ালয়ত নিযুক্তি দিয়া হয় আৰু ১২ ছেপ্টেম্বৰত তেওঁক কাৰ্যভাৰ আৰু গোপনীয়তাৰ শপত গ্ৰহণ কৰা হয়।[7] তেওঁ আদালতৰ প্ৰথম আৰু একমাত্ৰ মহিলা ন্যায়াধীশ।[4][8] আদালতৰ আটাইতকৈ কম বয়সীয়া সদস্যও।[2][9] ২০১৩ আৰু ২০১৫ চনত ছ'জমে ড্ৰুক গ্যালপো (ড্ৰেগন কিং) জিগমে খেছাৰ নামগিয়েল ৱাংচুকৰ পৰা ৰয়েল চিভিল চাৰ্ভিচৰ বঁটা লাভ কৰে।[5]
২০২৩ চনত ছ'জমক ভূটানৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় পৰিষদৰ পাঁচজন বিশিষ্ট সদস্যৰ ভিতৰত এজন হিচাপে কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰিবলৈ নিযুক্তি দিয়া হয়।[10] লগতে ২০২৩ চনত তেওঁক কাউন্সিলৰ অসামৰিক সেৱাৰ স্বৰ্ণ পদক প্ৰদান কৰা হয়।[11]
