নিবেদিতা ঝা (জন্ম: ৪ এপ্ৰিল ১৯৬৫) বিহাৰৰ এগৰাকী ভাৰতীয় সাংবাদিক, সমাজকৰ্মী আৰু কবি।[1][2] তেওঁ বিশেষকৈ নাৰী অধিকাৰ আৰু সামাজিক ন্যায় সম্পৰ্কীয় কামৰ বাবে পৰিচিত আৰু বৰ্তমান তেওঁ ‘বিহাৰ মহিলা সমাজ’ৰ সভানেত্ৰী হিচাপে কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰি আছে।[3][4] ইয়াৰ উপৰিও তেওঁ ‘সাউথ এছিয়ান ৱমেন ইন মিডিয়া’ (SAWM)ৰ বিহাৰ শাখাৰো সভানেত্ৰী।[5]
নিবেদিতা ঝাই নবভাৰত টাইমছৰ জৰিয়তে সাংবাদিকতা জীৱন আৰম্ভ কৰিছিল আৰু পৰৱৰ্তী সময়ত এগৰাকী স্বতন্ত্ৰ সাংবাদিক হিচাপে কাম কৰে। বছৰ বছৰ ধৰি তেওঁ বিহাৰৰ সামাজিক ন্যায়, নাৰী অধিকাৰ আৰু জননীতি সম্পৰ্কীয় বিষয়সমূহৰ ওপৰত প্ৰতিবেদন আগবঢ়াই আহিছে।[6][7]
বিহাৰৰ চৰকাৰী অনুদানপ্ৰাপ্ত এটা আশ্ৰয় গৃহত নাবালিকা ছোৱালীক যৌন নিৰ্যাতন চলোৱাৰ অভিযোগ উত্থাপন হোৱা এক গুৰুতৰ অপৰাধমূলক গোচৰ— ‘মুজফ্ফৰপুৰ আশ্ৰয় গৃহ কাণ্ড’ৰ সৈতে জড়িত তেওঁৰ প্ৰতিবেদন আৰু সক্ৰিয়তাৰ বাবে তেওঁ অধিক ৰাজহুৱা মনোযোগ লাভ কৰে। এই বিষয়টোৱে ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় পৰ্যায়ত চৰ্চা লাভ কৰিছিল আৰু ইয়াৰ তদন্ত তথা ন্যায়িক হস্তক্ষেপৰ দাবী উত্থাপন হৈছিল।[8][9]
ঝাই মুজফ্ফৰপুৰ আশ্ৰয় গৃহ কাণ্ডৰ তদন্ত আৰু সংবাদ মাধ্যমৰ ৰিপৰ্টিং সন্দৰ্ভত নিৰ্দেশনা বিচাৰি উচ্চতম ন্যায়ালয়ত এখন আবেদনো দাখিল কৰিছিল।[10][11] তেওঁ শ্ৰেষ্ঠ হিন্দী সংবাদ প্ৰতিবেদনৰ বাবে লিংগ সংবেদনশীলতাৰ লাডলী মিডিয়া বঁটা (২০১০–১১) লাভ কৰিছিল।[12]
সাংবাদিকতাৰ উপৰিও ঝা বিহাৰৰ সামাজিক সক্ৰিয়তাৰ সৈতেও জড়িত। বিহাৰ মহিলা সমাজৰ সভানেত্ৰী হিচাপে তেওঁ নাৰী অধিকাৰ আৰু লিংগ ন্যায়ৰ সৈতে জড়িত বিভিন্ন অভিযান আৰু প্ৰতিবাদত অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰি আহিছে।[13][14]
