২০২৫ চনৰ ২২ এপ্ৰিলত ভাৰত প্ৰশাসিত জম্মু-কাশ্মীৰৰ অনন্তনাগ জিলাৰ পেহেলগামৰ সমীপৰ বৈসাৰণ ঘাঁহনিত সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীৰ আক্ৰমণত কমেও ২৮জন পৰ্যটকৰ মৃত্যু হোৱাৰ লগতে ২০জনতকৈ অধিক লোক আহত হয়। জম্মু-কাশ্মীৰৰ বিশেষ মৰ্যাদা বাতিলৰ পাছত সংঘটিত হোৱা সবাতোকৈ মাৰাত্মক আক্ৰমণ হিচাপে বিবেচিত এই ঘটনাৰ উদ্দেশ্য কাশ্মীৰ উপত্যকাৰ জনগাঁথনিগত পৰিৱৰ্তনক প্ৰতিহত কৰা বুলি জানিব পৰা গৈছে।

২০২৫ চনৰ ২২ এপ্ৰিলৰ বিয়লি ২:৫০ বজাত কমেও চাৰিজন সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীয়ে পেহলগামৰ পৰা প্ৰায় ৭ কিলোমিটাৰ দূৰত্বত থকা বৈসাৰণ উপত্যকাৰ ঘাঁহনিত প্ৰৱেশ কৰে।[13] এই অঞ্চলটোক চাৰিওফালৰ পৰা পাইনৰ ঘন বনাঞ্চলে আগুৰি আছে। ঠাইখন "মিনি ছুইজাৰলেণ্ড" নামেৰে জনাজাত আৰু ই বনভোজৰ বাবে জনপ্ৰিয় স্থান। সন্ত্ৰাসবাদীসকলে এম৪ কাৰবাইন আৰু একে-৪৭ লৈ গৈছিল আৰু সামৰিক শৈলীৰ ইউনিফৰ্ম পিন্ধি আছিল।[1][14][15][5][16]

আক্ৰমণকাৰীয়ে গুলী চলোৱাৰ পূৰ্বে ভুক্তভোগীসকলৰ নাম আৰু ধৰ্ম জানিব বিচাৰিছিল।[17] কিছুসংখ্যকৰ মতে তেওঁলোকক কলিমা পাঠ কৰিবলৈ কোৱা হৈছিল।[18][19][20] খবৰ অনুসৰি এজন স্থানীয় কাশ্মীৰী মুছলমান চৈয়দ আদিল হুছেইন শ্বাহে পৰ্যটকসকলক সুৰক্ষা দিবলৈ আৰু আক্ৰমণকাৰী এজনৰ হাতৰ পৰা ৰাইফলটো আনি আক্ৰমণ বন্ধ কৰিবলৈ চেষ্টা কৰিছিল যদিও এই প্ৰচেষ্টাত তেওঁ নিহত হয়।[21][22]প্ৰত্যক্ষদৰ্শীৰ ভিডিঅ’ত দেখা গৈছিল আতংক আৰু আহত ভুক্তভোগীয়ে সহায়ৰ বাবে অনুৰোধ কৰা দৃশ্য। এগৰাকী মহিলাই স্বামীৰ বাবে সহায় বিচাৰি চিঞৰি থকা দেখা গৈছে, আনহাতে আন কিছুমানক ঘাঁহনিত নিশ্চল হৈ পৰি থকা দেখা গৈছে। জিলা সদৰত আক্ৰমণৰ খবৰ পোৱাৰ কিছু সময়ৰ পাছতেই ঘটনাস্থলীত জৰুৰীকালীন সেৱা উপস্থিত হয়। গুৰুতৰভাৱে আহত দুগৰাকীক প্ৰায় ৪:৩০ বজাত অনন্তনাগ জিলা চিকিৎসালয়লৈ লৈ যোৱা হয়, আনহাতে আন কিছুসংখ্যকক ওচৰৰ চিকিৎসা-কেন্দ্ৰলৈ লৈ যোৱা হয়। কিছুমানক হেলিকপ্টাৰেৰে উন্নত চিকিৎসাৰ বাবে শ্ৰীনগৰৰ সামৰিক চিকিৎসালয়লৈ লৈ যোৱা হয়।[23]

কিছু স্থানীয় লোকেও উদ্ধাৰ কৰি ভুক্তভোগীক আশ্ৰয় প্ৰদান কৰে। স্থানীয় পনী-হেণ্ডলাৰ সংস্থাৰ সদস্যসকলে পনী আৰু ইম্প্ৰভাইজ্‌ড ষ্ট্ৰেচাৰত উঠাই প্ৰায় ১১জন আহত পৰ্যটকক উদ্ধাৰ কৰে।[24] প্ৰত্যক্ষদৰ্শীয়ে কয় যে ভুক্তভোগীৰ অধিকাংশই পুৰুষ। এজন আক্ৰমণকাৰীয়ে এগৰাকী মহিলাক কোৱা বুলি অভিযোগ উঠিছে যে তেওঁক ৰক্ষা কৰা হৈছে এইকাৰণেই যাতে তেওঁ প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰী নৰেন্দ্ৰ মোদীক “ভয়ানক কথাবোৰ ক’ব পাৰে”। কেইবাজনো ভুক্তভোগীক ওচৰৰ পৰা গুলীয়াই হত্যা কৰা হয় আৰু সেই দৃশ্যৰ ভিডিঅ' ফুটেজত দেখা গৈছে যে ৰক্তাক্ত ব্যক্তি মাটিত পৰি আছে আৰু আন কিছুৱে সহায়ৰ বাবে অনুৰোধ কৰি আছে।[25]

হতাহত

ভাৰতৰ বিভিন্ন প্ৰান্তৰ ২৫জন ভাৰতীয় পৰ্যটক, জম্মু-কাশ্মীৰৰ দুজন স্থানীয় লোক আৰু নেপাল আৰু সংযুক্ত আৰব আমিৰশ্বাহীৰ দুজন বিদেশী পৰ্যটককে ধৰি এই আক্ৰমণত কমেও ২৮জন সাধাৰণ নাগৰিক নিহত হয়।[27][28][29]

আন কমেও ২০জন আহত হয়।[30][31] নিহতসকলৰ ভিতৰত অৰুণাচল প্ৰদেশ, কৰ্ণাটক, কেৰেলা, মহাৰাষ্ট্ৰ, ওড়িশা, গুজৰাট, হাৰিয়ানা, পশ্চিম বংগ আৰু উত্তৰ প্ৰদেশৰ লগতে গুজৰাট, তামিলনাডু আৰু মহাৰাষ্ট্ৰৰ পৰা আহত লোকো আছে।[32][33][34][35][36] নিহতসকলৰ ভিতৰত ভাৰতীয় নৌসেনাৰ এজন ২৬-বছৰীয়া বিষয়া আৰু চোৰাংচোৱা ব্যুৰ’ৰ এজন বিষয়াও আছিল।[37][38]

দায়িত্ব

এই আক্ৰমণৰ দায়িত্ব পাকিস্তানস্থিত লস্কৰ-ই-তৈয়বাৰ সংযুক্ত প্ৰতিষ্ঠান দ্য ৰেজিষ্টেঞ্চ ফ্ৰণ্টে গ্ৰহণ কৰে।[39][40] আক্ৰমণকাৰীসকলে কয় যে এই আক্ৰমণৰ কাৰণ কাশ্মীৰ উপত্যকাত অ-কাশ্মীৰীসকলৰ বসতি; যি জনগাঁথনিগত পৰিৱৰ্তন ঘটাব বুলি দাবী কৰে।[41][42] পাছলৈ চোৰাংচোৱা সংস্থাসমূহে এই হত্যাকাণ্ডৰ মাষ্টাৰমাইণ্ড হিচাপে লস্কৰ-ই-তৈয়বাৰ শীৰ্ষ অধিনায়ক ছাইফুল্লাহ কাছুৰী (ওৰফে খালিদ)ক চিনাক্ত কৰে।[43]

ভাৰতৰ প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰী নৰেন্দ্ৰ মোদীয়ে চৌদি আৰৱ ভ্ৰমণৰ সময় কৰ্তন কৰি ভাৰতলৈ উভতি আহি এই বিষয়ত এখন বৈঠকৰ অধ্যক্ষতা কৰে।[44] কেন্দ্ৰীয় গৃহমন্ত্ৰী অমিত শ্বাহে পৰিস্থিতিৰ মূল্যায়ন আৰু নিৰাপত্তাৰ সঁহাৰিৰ সমন্বয়ৰ বাবে শ্ৰীনগৰলৈ যায় আৰু পাছলৈ আক্ৰমণৰ স্থানলৈ যায়।[45] ২৩ এপ্ৰিলত ভাৰতীয় সেনাই সন্ত্ৰাসবাদ বিৰোধী অভিযানৰ বাবে গ্ৰাউণ্ডেড এইচ এ এল ধ্ৰুৱৰ অভিযানৰ বাবে সীমিত অনুমতি দিয়ে।[46]

২৩ এপ্ৰিলৰ নিশা ভাৰতৰ বৈদেশিক সচিব বিক্ৰম মিশ্ৰীয়ে নিৰাপত্তা-সম্পৰ্কীয় কেবিনেট কমিটীৰ সৈতে হোৱা বৈঠকৰ অন্তত এক বিশেষ সংবাদমেল অনুষ্ঠিত কৰে। তেওঁ ভাৰতৰ সিদ্ধান্ত ঘোষণা কৰে যে পাকিস্তানে সীমা অতিক্ৰম কৰি সন্ত্ৰাসবাদৰ প্ৰতি সমৰ্থন বন্ধ নকৰালৈকে তাৎক্ষণিকভাৱে কাৰ্যকৰী হোৱাকৈ পাকিস্তানৰ সৈতে সিন্ধু জল সন্ধি সাময়িকভাৱে স্থগিত ৰাখিব।[47] তেওঁ লগতে ঘোষণা কৰে যে আটাৰী–ৱাগাহ সীমান্তৰ সংহত চেক প’ষ্ট বন্ধ কৰা, ছাৰ্ক ভিছা ৰেহাই আঁচনিৰ অধীনত সকলো পাকিস্তানী নাগৰিকৰ ভাৰতলৈ যাত্ৰা নিষেধ আৰু পূৰ্বতে প্ৰদান কৰা সকলো ভিছা বাতিল কৰা হ’ব। ইয়াৰ উপৰিও নতুন দিল্লীত পাকিস্তান উচ্চায়ুক্তৰ পাকিস্তানী সামৰিক উপদেষ্টাসকলক বহিষ্কাৰ কৰা হয়। আনহাতে ইছলামবাদত থকা তেওঁলোকৰ ভাৰতীয় সমকক্ষসকলক প্ৰত্যাহাৰ কৰা হয় আৰু ইছলামবাদত থকা ভাৰতীয় উচ্চায়ুক্তৰ কৰ্মচাৰীৰ শক্তি ৫৫ৰ পৰা নূন্যতম ৩০লৈ হ্ৰাস কৰা হয়। এনে সামৰিক উপদেষ্টাৰ পদ বিলুপ্ত কৰা বুলি গণ্য কৰা হয়।[48][49]
