[সম্পাদনা কৰক]মুখাৰ্জীয়ে মিৰাণ্ডা কলেজৰ পৰা ইতিহাসত স্নাতক ডিগ্ৰী আৰু দিল্লী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ পৰা ইতিহাসত স্নাতকোত্তৰ ডিগ্ৰী লাভ কৰে। পেৰিছৰ ছৰবন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ পৰা ফৰাচী ভাষা আৰু সভ্যতাৰ ডিগ্ৰী লাভ কৰে।
কেৰিয়াৰ
[সম্পাদনা কৰক]১৯৭৬ চনত মুখাৰ্জীয়ে ভাৰতীয় বৈদেশিক সেৱাত যোগদান কৰে। ইউৰোপীয় সংঘৰ বিষয়ত বিশেষজ্ঞ ভাৰতীয় বৈদেশিক মন্ত্ৰালয়ৰ বিভাগৰ নেতৃত্ব দিছিল। সেই সময়চোৱাতে তেওঁ (১৯৯৮ চনৰ পৰা ২০০৪ চনলৈকে) বাৰ্ষিক ভাৰত-ইউৰোপীয় ইউনিয়নৰ শীৰ্ষ সন্মিলনৰ দৰে প্ৰতিষ্ঠানিক পদক্ষেপৰ পাইলট হিচাপে কাম কৰিছিল। ইউৰোপীয় সংঘৰ উন্নয়নৰ সম্পৰ্কে তেওঁ লিখা-লিখি আৰু বক্তৃতা প্ৰদান কৰিছিল।[1] ২০১৮ চনত তেওঁ ভাৰত আৰু ইউৰোপীয় ইউনিয়ন - এণ ইনচাইডাৰৰ মতামত ("India and EU - An Insider's View") শীৰ্ষক গ্ৰন্থ প্রকাশ কৰিছিল।[2][3]
মুখাৰ্জী ২০১০ চনৰ পৰা ২০১৩ চনলৈকে নেদাৰলেণ্ডত ভাৰতৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰদূত আছিল।[4] ২০০৪ চনৰ পৰা ২০১০ চনলৈকে ইউনেস্কোৰ ভাৰতৰ স্থায়ী প্ৰতিনিধি আছিল মুখাৰ্জী।[5] সাংস্কৃতিক ঐতিহ্য আৰু শিক্ষাৰ ওপৰত তেওঁ মন্তব্য অব্যাহত ৰাখিছিল।[6]
১৯৮৬ চনৰ পৰা ১৯৮৯ চনলৈকে তেওঁ ৰাষ্ট্ৰসংঘত ভাৰতৰ স্থায়ী মিছনত আৰু ৬ বছৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰসংঘৰ মানৱ অধিকাৰ আয়ুক্তৰ মুখ্য কৰ্মচাৰী হিচাপে কাম কৰিছিল (১৯৯১ চনৰ পৰা ১৯৯৭ চনলৈ)।
