ভাৰতৰ সাংস্কৃতিক মণ্ডল হৈছে ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ সাংস্কৃতিক মন্ত্ৰালয়ে[1] ভাৰতৰ বিভিন্ন অঞ্চলৰ সাংস্কৃতিক ঐতিহ্যৰ প্ৰসাৰ আৰু সংৰক্ষণৰ বাবে সংজ্ঞায়িত কৰা সাতটা অঞ্চল।[2] এই প্ৰতিটো মণ্ডলত এটা মণ্ডল কেন্দ্ৰৰ ব্যৱস্থা কৰা হৈছে।[3] বেছিভাগ খণ্ড কেন্দ্ৰ ১৯৮৫ চনত ভাৰতৰ তেতিয়াৰ প্ৰধানমন্ত্ৰী ৰাজীৱ গান্ধীয়ে ঘোষণা কৰিছিল আৰু ১৯৮৬–৮৭ চনৰ সময়ছোৱাত আনুষ্ঠানিকভাৱে কাম আৰম্ভ কৰিছিল। তেওঁলোকৰ উল্লেখিত লক্ষ্য হৈছে "ভাৰতীয় সংস্কৃতিৰ প্ৰাচীন শিপা শক্তিশালী কৰা আৰু সংমিশ্ৰিত জাতীয় সংস্কৃতিৰ বিকাশ আৰু সমৃদ্ধ কৰা"।[4]

পূৰ্বে ব্ৰিটিছ ভাৰত আৰু পশ্চিমবংগৰ ৰাজধানী কলকাতা চহৰক "ভাৰতৰ সাংস্কৃতিক ৰাজধানী" বুলিও জনা যায়।[5][6]

মণ্ডলসমূহ

প্ৰতিটো মণ্ডলৰ এটা খণ্ড মুখ্য কাৰ্যালয় আছে য’ত এটা খণ্ড সাংস্কৃতিক কেন্দ্ৰ স্থাপন কৰা হৈছে।[3] কেইবাখনো ৰাজ্যৰ একাধিক মণ্ডলত সদস্যপদ আছে যদিও মণ্ডল বিভাগত কোনো ৰাজ্যিক মহকুমা ব্যৱহাৰ কৰা নহয়। তেওঁলোকৰ দায়িত্বত থকা মণ্ডলসমূহৰ সংস্কৃতিৰ প্ৰচাৰৰ উপৰিও প্ৰতিটো মণ্ডল কেন্দ্ৰ অনুষ্ঠানৰ আয়োজন কৰি আৰু অন্যান্য মণ্ডলৰ পৰা শিল্পীক আমন্ত্ৰণ কৰি ভাৰতৰ অন্যান্য সাংস্কৃতিক মণ্ডলসমূহৰ সৈতে ক্ৰছ প্ৰচাৰ আৰু এক্সপ’জাৰ সৃষ্টিৰ কামো কৰে।
