বুটাম্বালা জিলাৰ কিবিবি উপকাউণ্টিৰ কিকুম্বো গাঁৱত নাছোলোৰ জন্ম হৈছিল। প্ৰাথমিক শিক্ষাৰ বাবে গোম্বে প্ৰাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ত পঢ়িছিল, তাৰ পিছত এমপিগি মিক্সড ছেকেণ্ডাৰী স্কুলত অ-লেভেলৰ বাবে পঢ়িছিল আৰু এমপিগি হাইস্কুলত এ লেভেলৰ অধ্যয়ন কৰিছিল। তেওঁ কাম্পালা আন্তঃৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ পৰা আইনত স্নাতক ডিগ্ৰী লাভ কৰে।[4]

২০১৪ চনৰ পৰা নাছ'লোৱে স্নাতক ডিগ্ৰী লাভ কৰাৰ সময়তে লুবেগা, ছাকা এণ্ড কো এডভোকেটছত আইনী সহায়িকা হিচাপে কাম কৰি আহিছে।[4][5][6]

২০১৪ চনত তেওঁ মাইছা হোলিষ্টিক আফ্ৰিকা ফাউণ্ডেশ্যন[7][2] নামেৰে কাগাডি জিলাত এটা অলাভজনক সংস্থা প্ৰতিষ্ঠা কৰে[8][9][10] অৱশ্যে ২০১৯ চনত এই সংস্থাটো আৰম্ভ কৰা হয়।[11][12]

২০১৬ চনত কামোকিয়া চাৰ্চ অৱ গডত নাছ’লোৱে ৰবাৰ্ট কিকোমেকো টুমুছাবেৰ সৈতে বিবাহপাশত আবদ্ধ হয়। তেওঁলোকৰ দুজন পুত্ৰ টাইলাৰ কেব কে টুমুছাবে আৰু ট্ৰেভিছ ছিলভাৰ কে টুমুছাবে।[2][13][14]
