শোভা গাষ্টি ইংৰাজী: : Shobha Gasti ; কৰ্ণাটকৰ বেলগাঁওস্থিত এগৰাকী সমাজকৰ্মী। ১৯৯৭ চনত, তেওঁ ‘মহিলা অৱিভৃদ্ধি মত্তু সম্ৰক্ষণা সমস্থে’ (MASS) প্ৰতিষ্ঠা কৰিছিল, যি কৰ্ণাটকাৰ ৩৬০খন গাঁৱত বাস কৰা প্ৰাক্তন দেৱদাসী মহিলাসকলৰ জীৱন ধাৰনৰ মান দণ্ড উন্নত কৰাত সহায় কৰি আহিছে।[1][2] আৰম্ভণিতে এই সংগঠন টোত ২,৫০০গৰাকী সদস্য আছিল। পিছলৈ এই সংখ্যা ক্ৰমান্বয়ে বৃদ্ধিহৈ ২০১৪চনৰ ভিতৰত সংগঠন টোত ৩,৬০০ গৰাকী সদস্য হৈ উঠিছিল।[2] তেওঁ ৪৫ বছৰৰ ওপৰৰ প্ৰাক্তন দেৱদাসীসকলৰ বাবে পেঞ্চন নিশ্চিত কৰিবলৈ সফল হৈছিল। [3]
তেওঁ কেৱল মহিলাসকলৰ উন্নয়নেই নহয়, শিশুসকলৰ অধিকাৰৰ ক্ষেত্ৰতো গুৰুত্বপূৰ্ণ ভূমিকা গ্ৰহণ কৰিছে আৰু চাইল্ড ৰাইটছ এণ্ড ইউ (Child Rights and You-CRY) দৰে সংগঠনৰ সৈতে কাম কৰিছে।[4]
তেওঁৰ সমাজসেৱাৰ স্বীকৃতি স্বৰূপে, ২০২২চনত ৰাষ্ট্ৰপতি ৰাম নাথ কোবিন্দৰ দ্বাৰা তেওঁক ২০২১ নাৰী শক্তি পুৰস্কাৰ প্ৰদান কৰা হৈছিল। যিটো ভাৰতৰ মহিলা সবলীকৰণৰ বাবে ব্যতিক্ৰমী কাম কৰা মহিলাক প্ৰেৰণা যোগাবৰ বাবে ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ মহিলা আৰু শিশু উন্নয়ন মন্ত্ৰালয়ে যুগুত কৰে।[5]
