সৌৰ মা (ইংৰাজী: Solar Mamas) হ'ল ভাৰতৰ বেয়াৰফুট কলেজত সৌৰ কাৰ্যসূচীৰ কাৰিকৰী বিদ্যাবিদ হিচাপে হাতে কামে প্ৰশিক্ষণ লোৱা বিভিন্ন দেশৰ মহিলাসকলক দিয়া মৰমতে দিয়া নাম। আনুষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা বা সাক্ষৰতা কম বা একেবাৰেই নথকা, সাধাৰণতে ৩৫ৰ পৰা ৫০ বছৰৰ ভিতৰত, সৰু ল’ৰা-ছোৱালী নথকা, আৰু প্ৰায়ে দৰিদ্ৰ গ্ৰাম্য অঞ্চলৰ পৰা অহা এই মহিলাসকলে পূৰ্বতে বৈদ্যুতিক নোহোৱা গাঁৱত সৌৰ পেনেল আৰু সঁজুলিসমূহ একত্ৰিত, স্থাপন, মেৰামতি আৰু ৰক্ষণাবেক্ষণৰ কাম কৰে। এই কাম কৰি মহিলাসকলে বহনক্ষম আয় লাভ কৰে আৰু পত্নী আৰু মাতৃৰ বাহিৰেও তেওঁলোকৰ সম্প্ৰদায়ত নতুন ভূমিকা লাভ কৰে, তেওঁলোকক কৰ্ম, শিক্ষা আৰু পাৰিবাৰিক জীৱনৰ বাবে পোহৰৰ নিৰাপদ, বহনক্ষম উৎসৰ সুবিধা প্ৰদান কৰি।

১৯৯৭ চনত বাংকাৰ ৰয়ে ভাৰতত প্ৰতিষ্ঠা কৰা বেয়াৰফুট কলেজৰ অন্যতম লক্ষ্য হিচাপে নিৰক্ষৰ মহিলাসকলক শিক্ষিত কৰা।[1] ২০২৫ চনৰ আৰম্ভণিতে কলেজখনৰ সৌৰ কাৰ্যসূচীয়ে ৯৩খন দেশৰ ৩৫০০ গ্ৰাম্য মহিলাক প্ৰশিক্ষণ দিছিল, যাৰ ফলত পূৰ্বতকৈ ২৫ লাখ অধিক লোকে সৌৰশক্তিচালিত পোহৰৰ সুবিধা লাভ কৰিছিল।[2]

এতিয়া বহু দেশত সৌৰ মা আছে। উদাহৰণস্বৰূপে জাঞ্জিবাৰত বেয়াৰফুট কলেজে ২০১৫ চনৰ পৰা ৬৫ গৰাকী মহিলাক সৌৰ অভিযান্ত্ৰিকতাৰ প্ৰশিক্ষণ দিছে। তেওঁলোকে পাছলৈ প্ৰায় ৩০খন গাঁৱৰ প্ৰায় ১৮০০ ঘৰ বিদ্যুতৰ সৈতে সংযোগ কৰিছে।[7][8][9] মালাৱী, বটছৱানা, কেনিয়া আৰু তাঞ্জানিয়া [10][11][12]
