হিৰৌট গুয়েব্ৰে চেলাছি[1] (জন্ম-১৯৫২)[2] এগৰাকী ইথিঅ'পিয়াৰ কূটনীতিবিদ আৰু মানৱ অধিকাৰৰ অধিবক্তা। ৰাষ্ট্ৰসংঘত কেইবাটাও জ্যেষ্ঠ পদত অধিষ্ঠিত হৈ শেহতীয়াকৈ ২০১৬ চনৰ ১২ ফেব্ৰুৱাৰীৰ পৰা ২০১৭ চনৰ ৬ আগষ্টলৈকে পশ্চিম আফ্ৰিকা আৰু চাহেলৰ কাৰ্যালয়ৰ উপ-বিশেষ প্ৰতিনিধি (ডি এছ আৰ এছ জি) হিচাপে কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰিছিল।[3] ইয়াৰ পূৰ্বে ২০১৪ চনৰ ৩১ জানুৱাৰীত ইটালীৰ ৰোমানো প্ৰ'ডিৰ পিছত ৰাষ্ট্ৰসংঘৰ সচিব প্ৰধান বান কি মুনে ২০১৪ চনৰ ১ মে'ত ছাহেলৰ বিশেষ দূত আৰু চাহেলৰ কাৰ্যালয়ৰ মুৰব্বী হিচাপে নিযুক্তি দিছিল।[4][5]
পেৰিছত অধ্যয়ন সম্পূৰ্ণ কৰাৰ পিছত গুয়েব্ৰে চেলাছিয়ে আদিছ আবাবালৈ উভতি যায় আৰু তাৰ পৰাই তেওঁ আইন চৰ্চা কৰি বিশিষ্ট কেৰিয়াৰ গঢ়িছিল আৰু ইথিঅ'পিয়া চৰকাৰৰ ভিতৰত বৈদেশিক পৰিক্ৰমা মন্ত্ৰালয়ত পদবীত অধিষ্ঠিত হৈছিল।[6] মেংগিষ্টু হাইলে মাৰিয়ামৰ একনায়কত্ববাদী শাসন ব্যৱস্থাৰ সক্ৰিয় বিৰোধিতা কৰি তেওঁক ২৫ বছৰৰ পৰা ৩০ বছৰ বয়সলৈকে পাঁচ বছৰ কাৰাগাৰত ভৰাই থোৱা হয়।[7] [8] ১৯৯৮ চনৰ পৰা ২০০৪ চনলৈকে তেওঁ আফ্ৰিকান মহিলা শান্তি আৰু উন্নয়ন সমিতিৰ মুখ্য কাৰ্যবাহী বিষয়াৰ পদত অধিষ্ঠিত হয়, যিখন শান্তি আৰু নিৰাপত্তা বিষয়ত মহিলাৰ জড়িততাৰ পৰামৰ্শদাতা অংগ হিচাপে কাম কৰিবলৈ আফ্ৰিকাৰ অৰ্থনৈতিক আয়োগ আৰু আফ্ৰিকান ইউনিয়নে যৌথভাৱে স্থাপন কৰিছিল।[9] তেতিয়া তেওঁ হৰ্ণ, ইষ্ট আৰু চেণ্ট্ৰেল আফ্ৰিকাৰ অক্সফাম আঞ্চলিক শান্তি নিৰ্মাণ আৰু সংঘাত ব্যৱস্থাপনা উপদেষ্টা আছিল।[10]
২০০৭ চনত গুয়েব্ৰে চেলাছিক ৰাজনৈতিক পৰিক্ৰমা বিভাগৰ সঞ্চালক আৰু কংগো গণতান্ত্ৰিক ৰিপাব্লিকত ৰাষ্ট্ৰসংঘৰ মিছনৰ (MONUC) গোমা আঞ্চলিক কাৰ্যালয়ৰ মুৰব্বী হিচাপে নিযুক্তি দিয়া হয়, যাৰ নাম ২০১০ চনত কংগো গণতান্ত্ৰিক ৰিপাব্লিকত ৰাষ্ট্ৰসংঘৰ সংগঠন স্থিতিশীলতা মিছন (MONUC) নামেৰে নামাকৰণ কৰা হয়।[[11]
