ৰিভা গাংগুলী দাস (ইংৰাজী: : Riva Ganguly Das ; জন্ম: ২৪ ডিচেম্বৰ ১৯৬১)[7]) ভাৰতীয় বৈদেশিক সেৱাৰ কেডাৰৰ অন্তৰ্গত এগৰাকী অৱসৰপ্ৰাপ্ত ভাৰতীয় চৰকাৰী কৰ্মচাৰী। বাংলাদেশত ভাৰতৰ প্ৰাক্তন উচ্চায়ুক্ত আৰু ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ স্বায়ত্তশাসিত সংগঠন ইণ্ডিয়ান কাউন্সিল ফৰ কালচাৰেল ৰিলেচনৰ প্ৰাক্তন সঞ্চালক প্ৰধান।

ৰিভা গাংগুলী দাসে শৈশৱৰ কালচোৱা নতুন দিল্লীত কটায়। ১৯৮৪ চনত দিল্লী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ পৰা ৰাজনীতি বিজ্ঞানত স্নাতকোত্তৰ ডিগ্ৰী লাভ কৰা ছানীয়ে পিছলৈ দিল্লী বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ত ৰাজনীতি বিজ্ঞানৰ অধ্যাপনা কৰে। ১৯৮৮ চনত বিবাহপাশত আবদ্ধ হয় আৰু তেওঁৰ দুটা সন্তান আছে: এগৰাকী কন্যা আৰু এজন পুত্ৰ।

১৯৮৬ চনত ৰিভাই ভাৰতীয় বৈদেশিক সেৱাত যোগদান কৰে।[7]তাৰ পিছত তেওঁ নতুন দিল্লীত ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ বৈদেশিক পৰিক্ৰমা মন্ত্ৰালয়ত বহিঃ প্ৰচাৰ, নেপাল আৰু পাছপ'ৰ্ট আৰু ভিছাৰ বিষয়সমূহ চম্ভালিছিল।[2] ঢাকাত ভাৰতীয় উচ্চায়ুক্তৰ সাংস্কৃতিক শাখাৰো মুৰব্বী আছিল।[2] ইয়াৰ পিছত তেওঁ নতুন দিল্লীত ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ বৈদেশিক পৰিক্ৰমা মন্ত্ৰালয়ত ৰাষ্ট্ৰসংঘৰ অৰ্থনৈতিক আৰু সামাজিক পৰিক্ৰমা বিভাগৰ (UNES) বিভাগৰ সঞ্চালিকা হিচাপে কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰে।[8] এই ক্ষমতাত তেওঁ পৰিৱেশ বিষয়, বিশেষকৈ জলবায়ু পৰিৱৰ্তনৰ সৈতে জড়িত আলোচনাৰ লগত জৰিত আছিল।[2]

ৰিভা গাংগুলী দাস হেগত থকা ভাৰতীয় দূতাবাসৰ মিছন উপ-মুখ্য আৰু হেগৰ ৰাসায়নিক অস্ত্ৰ নিষেধাজ্ঞা সংস্থাৰ ভাৰতৰ বিকল্প স্থায়ী প্ৰতিনিধি আছিল।[8] তেওঁ জয়পুৰত আঞ্চলিক পাছপ'ৰ্ট বিষয়া হিচাপেও কাম কৰিছিল। ২০০৮ চনৰ পৰা ২০১২ চনলৈকে তেওঁ চাংহাইত ভাৰতৰ কনছুল জেনেৰেল আছিল।[8]

পিছলৈ তেওঁ নতুন দিল্লীৰ ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ বৈদেশিক পৰিক্ৰমা মন্ত্ৰালয়ৰ ৰাজহুৱা কূটনীতি বিভাগৰ মুৰব্বী আছিল।[9][8] ইয়াৰ উপৰিও তেওঁ নতুন দিল্লীৰ ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ বৈদেশিক পৰিক্ৰমা মন্ত্ৰালয়ৰ লেটিন আমেৰিকা আৰু কেৰিবিয়ান বিভাগৰ মুৰব্বী আছিল।[8][10] ২০১৫ চনৰ মাৰ্চ মাহত ৰিভা গাংগুলী দাসক ৰোমানিয়াত ভাৰতৰ ৰাষ্ট্ৰদূত নিযুক্তি দিয়া হয়।[11] ২০১৫ চনৰ অক্টোবৰ মাহত তেওঁ আলবেনিয়া আৰু মলদোভাত ভাৰতীয় ৰাষ্ট্ৰদূত হিচাপে সমান্তৰালভাৱে স্বীকৃতি লাভ কৰে আৰু বুখাৰেষ্ট (ৰোমানিয়া)ত বাস কৰে।[4] ২০১৬ চনৰ মাৰ্চৰ পৰা ২০১৭ চনৰ জুলাই মাহলৈকে তেওঁ নিউয়ৰ্কত ভাৰতৰ কনছুল জেনেৰেল হিচাপে কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰিছিল।[12]

২০২৩ চনৰ জুন মাহত মাথিয়াছ কৰ্ভিনাছ কলেজিয়ামত ভাষণ দিয়ে গাংগুলী দাসে ২০১৯ চনৰ মাৰ্চ মাহত তেওঁক বাংলাদেশত ভাৰতৰ উচ্চায়ুক্ত হিচাপে নিযুক্তি দিয়া হয়।[13] ২০২০ চনৰ আগষ্ট মাহত তেওঁ এম ই এৰ সচিব (পূব) হিচাপে নিযুক্তি লাভ কৰে আৰু ২০২১ চনৰ ডিচেম্বৰ মাহলৈকে তেওঁলোকৰ কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰে।[14][15]
