কৰাচী (উৰ্দু: کراچی‎ / ALA-LC: Karācī IPA: [kəˈrɑːˌtʃi] ( শুনক)) পাকিস্তানৰ সৰ্ববৃহৎ তথা আটাইতকৈ জনবহুল চহৰ আৰু সিন্ধু প্ৰদেশৰ ৰাজধানী। তদুপৰি কৰাচী পৃথিৱীৰ ভিতৰতে ষষ্ঠ জনবহুল চহৰ।[3][4] এই চহৰখন পাকিস্তানৰ মূল সাগৰীয় বন্দৰ আৰু বাণিজ্য কেন্দ্ৰ। এই চহৰৰ সদাব্যস্ত নিশাৰ জীৱনৰ বাবে কৰাচীক City of Lights বুলিও আখ্যা দিয়া হয়। কৰাচীৰ নগৰীয়া অঞ্চলৰ জনসংখ্যা ২০১৩ চনৰ লোকপিয়ল অনুসৰি প্ৰায় ২৩.৫ মিলিয়ন[5] আৰু মাটিকালি ৩৫২৭ বৰ্গ কিলোমিটাৰ[6][7]। এই চহৰৰ জনবসতিৰ ঘনত্ব প্ৰতি বৰ্গ কিলোমিটাৰত ৬০০০ জন। [8]

কৰাচী বিশ্বৰ সপ্তম সৰ্ববৃহৎ চহৰ[9] আৰু মুছলমান লোকৰ বসতিপূৰ্ণ সৰ্ববৃহৎ চহৰ।[10] এই চহৰখন পাকিস্তানৰ বেংকিং, উদ্যোগ, বেহা-বেপাৰ আদি সকলো অৰ্থনৈতিক কাৰ্য্যৰ কেন্দ্ৰ। এই চহৰতে পাকিস্তানৰ প্ৰভাৱশালী উদ্যোগসমূহ অৱস্থিত। তদুপৰি এই চহৰখন দক্ষিণ এছিয়াৰ উচ্চশিক্ষাৰো এক কেন্দ্ৰস্থানৰূপে পৰিগণিত হৈছে।[11]

কৰাচীক বিটা ৱৰ্ল্ড চহৰ ৰূপেও গণ্য কৰা হয়।[12][13] ইছলামাবাদৰ পূৰ্বেই এই চহৰ পাকিস্তানৰ ৰাজধানী আছিল।[14] এই দেশৰ সৰ্ববৃহৎ বন্দৰ কৰাচী বন্দৰ (Port of Karachi) আৰু বিন কাছিম বন্দৰ (Port Bin Qasim) ইয়াতে অৱস্থিত।[15]

এই মহানগৰ আৰৱ সাগৰৰ উপকূলত অৱস্থিত। ২০০৯ চনত কৰাচীৰ মুঠ ঘৰুৱা উৎপাদন (GDP) প্ৰায় ৭৮ বিলিয়ন ডলাৰ হৈছিল আৰু ২০২৫ চনলৈ ই ১৯৩ বিলিয়ন দলাৰলৈ বৃদ্ধি পাব বুলি আশা কৰা হৈছে।[16]
