English: The Chennakeshava Temple is an early 12th-century Vaishnavism Hindu temple in the Hassan district of Karnataka state, India.
Featuring intricate Hoysala artwork and squares-circles vastu design per Hindu texts, the temple was built on the banks of a river in Belur by King Vishnuvardhana.
The temple is active, drawing numerous Hindu devotees every day.
