Asked to bat first, the Santipur side piled up 279 for nine in the 30 stipulated overs. Apart from Nekibur’s century, Ritu Ali contributed an unbeaten 62 and Raju Das scored 23. In reply, United Young Star were all out for 120 in 19.5 overs with Najib scoring the highest of 23 runs. Koushik Paul and Bhaiti Ali shared three wickets each conceding 11 and 30 runs respectively for Santipur.
