Bikash Dihingia is the one of the 75 authors of the PM YUVA, organised by Ministry of Education, India. He got selected for the book proposal "Gamadhar - Swadheenata Andolanar Baatkoteeya Gamadhar Konwarar Atmakatha". The book has been published by National Book Trust, India. The original Assamese book will be officially translated into English, Hindi and other Indian languages by NBT.
His short story (Khanjon Pokhir Gaan aka A Wagtails Song) has been selected by BEEBooks (a Kolkata based Publication House) and Untold (United Kingdom based) for the anthology "A Fistful of Moonlight" under the WriteAssamese Project supported by the British Council, India and KfW Stiftung, Germany. Bikash Dihingia's this short story has also been published by the International Journal WWB (Words Without Borders).
He has also won many prizes in the field of creative writing (Articles, Poetry, Short Story, Book Review) and Photography.
