দীপরাজ (Deepraj), I am an admin in Bangla wikipedia. When I tried to read the assamese wikipedia, I saw that the vowels are placed around the consonants. Isn't that contrary to unicode? Bangla has the same situation, and we use Unicode conventions there. Since Bangla and assamese use the same unicode symbol set, I believe the issue is the same .

That is, িবশ্ৱেকাষ should probably be correctly written as বিশ্বকোষ। if you don't have indic text support enabled in your computer, you may see the second word written strangely, but otherwise, the second word is the correct reperesentation of the word "Bishwakosh" in Bangla and assamese. I have been staying on the sidelines for quite some time now that the initial interest on Assamese wikipedia brought to light many contributors like yourselves that could actually contribute / update content properly.
