Rakibul Akand's full name is Rakibul Islam Akand who was born to Abdul Latif Akand and Rahela Khatun on 20 November 1991 at Village No. 1 Nachankuri under Bongaigaon District within the State of Assam, India. His father initially was a half Peasant and a Rikshaw puller till 2004 and thereafter he used to do small business of Jhadu. Rakibul has completed his primary schooling at 291 number Lakshipur Little Primary School, then Goraimari - Nachankuri M.E. School and Matriculated from Zakir Hussain Public High School, Bijni in the year 2008. He also studied in Bijni Vidyapith Higher Secondary School and Graduated from Bijni College in the year 2014. He had pursued Law graduation from Bongaigaon Law College in the year 2018
