Parameter Explanation
type The type of institute ranked. By default "University", but can be used for "College" or "Institute".
ARWU_W Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Annual Ranking of World Universities world ranking
QS_W, QS_A, QS_B QS World University Rankings, Asian University Rankings and Asia-Pacific MBA rating
THES_W The Times Higher Education world university ranking
FT_W Financial Times Global MBA rankings
ECO_W The Economist Full Time MBA Rankings
IT_U, IT_E, IT_L, IT_B India Today best universities and engineering, law and business (by Business Today) colleges, respectively
OUTLOOK, OUTLOOK_L Outlook India best engineering colleges and best law colleges, respectively
DQ Dataquest best engineering colleges
CSR_E, CSR_B CSR-GHRDC survey of engineering and business colleges, respectively. Note that the engineering survey is very limited in scope (not including most IITs and NITs) and is tagged as such.
MINT_P, MINT_G, MINT_L Mint best private engineering, government engineering, and law colleges, respectively. Exists only for 2009.
