The Abusive Admin Award can be awarded to admins who demonstrate a keen ability at offending or otherwise dominating vandals and trolls with an iron fist. A good indicator of eligibility for this award is a user page that has been repeatedly vandalized over the course of an admin's time on Wikipedia.
The Public Domain Astronaut goes to anyone who helps Wikipedia by killing off copyvios. Introduced by Redwolf24.
The Order of the Flaming, Dancing Hellpot is awarded by victims of egregious and malacious harrassment or vandalism, to those sending the offenders where they belong. It was first awarded on 9/11/05 by paul klenk to Bishonen, who declared it a "rockin'" and "prestigious" award (which is actually true). (The photo is of a float in New York's Village Halloween Parade.)
The Thinking Outside the Box award, for users with an unorthodox take on policy or project, but which works. Introduced by Smurrayinchester.

The re-use of image as an award to reward someone for creating a particularly good image by describing it as some award or another and slapping it on their userpage. Introduced by User:BD2412.

The John Winthrop Award This award recognizes outstanding citizens who vigourously and harshly suppress non-Protestants and non-conformists ( Note the irony of the terminology . ) . Frank Trampe established this award in 2008 by giving it ( posthumously ) to John Hathorne . Past awardees , Mayflower descendants , John Calvin , and Jesus can also give the award at their discretion .
The Bulletproof Barnstar is awarded in recognition of real-life risks taken by Wikipedians to create content for the encyclopedia. This usually comes in the form of photography for topics like riots, wars, disasters, etc., taken up-close and often without any of the protections afforded to members of the traditional media.
