নন্দিনী চাহু (ইংৰাজী: Nandini Sahu; জন্ম: ২৩ জুলাই ১৯৭৩) হৈছে এগৰাকী ভাৰতীয় কবি আৰু সাহিত্যিক। তেওঁ বিদেশী ভাষা বিদ্যালয়ৰ সঞ্চালিকা আৰু নতুন দিল্লীৰ ইন্দিৰা গান্ধী ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় মুক্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ (IGNOU) ইংৰাজী বিষয়ৰ অধ্যাপিকা। তেওঁৰ গৱেষণাৰ ক্ষেত্ৰসমূহ হৈছে ভাৰতীয় সাহিত্য, নতুন সাহিত্য, লোককথা আৰু সংস্কৃতি অধ্যয়ন, আমেৰিকান সাহিত্য, শিশু সাহিত্য আৰু সমালোচনাত্মক তত্ত্ব। তেখেত ইংৰাজী ভাষাৰ আলোচনী “Interdisciplinary Journal of Literature and Language ”(IJLL), আৰু “Panorama Literaria”ৰ মুখ্য সম্পাদিকা/প্ৰতিষ্ঠাপক সম্পাদিকা।[1][2][3][4] ভাৰতৰ নতুন দিল্লীৰ ইন্দিৰা গান্ধী ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় মুক্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ত ইংৰাজী বিষয়ৰ অধ্যাপিকা হিচাপেও কৰ্মৰত। তেওঁ ইংৰাজী ভাষাত কবিতাকে ধৰি কেইবাখনো গ্ৰন্থ লিখিছে।[5][6] ভাৰত, আমেৰিকা, ব্ৰিটেইন, আফ্ৰিকা আৰু পাকিস্তানত তেওঁৰ কবিতা প্ৰকাশ পাইছে।[7] ইংৰাজী সাহিত্যত তিনিটা স্বৰ্ণ পদক লাভ কৰাৰ লগতে ১৯৯৩ চনত ৰাঁচীৰ চেণ্ট জেভিয়াৰ কলেজত অনুষ্ঠিত হোৱা সৰ্বভাৰতীয় কবিতা প্ৰতিযোগিতাৰ বঁটা আৰু শিক্ষা ৰত্ন পুৰস্কাৰ লাভ কৰিছে।[7][8][9]

প্ৰাৰম্ভিক জীৱন[সম্পাদনা কৰক]

১৯৭৩ চনৰ ২৩ জুলাইত ভাৰতৰ উৰিষ্যাৰ জি. উদয়গিৰিত নন্দিনী চাহুৰ জন্ম হৈছিল। তেওঁৰ মাক-দেউতাকে ভাৰতীয় স্থানীয় বিদ্যালয়ত শিক্ষকতা কৰিছিল। তেওঁ আৰু তেওঁৰ পাঁচগৰাকী ভগ্নী পৰিয়ালৰ আজ্ঞাকাৰী হিচাপে ডাঙৰ-দীঘল হৈছিল।[7] বিশ্ব ভাৰতীৰ শান্তিনিকেতনৰ ইংৰাজী অধ্যাপক প্ৰয়াত নিৰঞ্জন মহন্তৰ নেতৃত্বত তেওঁ ইংৰাজী সাহিত্যত ডক্টৰেট ডিগ্ৰী অৰ্জন কৰিছে। স্থানীয় আমেৰিকান সাহিত্যতো[9] তেওঁ ডি.লিট. লাভ কৰিছে।[9] বৰ্তমান তেওঁ নতুন দিল্লীৰ ইন্দিৰা গান্ধী ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় মুক্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ত ইংৰাজী ভাষাৰ অধ্যাপিকা হিচাপে কাৰ্যনিৰ্বাহ কৰি আছে।[10] বহু ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় আলোচনা চক্ৰতো তেওঁ অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰিছে।[11]

সাহিত্যিক জীৱন[সম্পাদনা কৰক]

নন্দিনী চাহুৱে কবিতা সংকলনকে ধৰি কেইবাখনো গ্ৰন্থ ৰচনা কৰিছে। তেওঁ ১৭খন কিতাপ প্ৰকাশ কৰি আমাজনৰ “বেষ্ট চেলাৰ লেখিকা” হিচাপেও পৰিচয় লাভ কৰিছে। তেওঁৰ লেখাসমূহ ভাৰতীয়-ইংৰাজী সাহিত্য, আমেৰিকান সাহিত্য, ইংৰাজী ভাষা পাঠদান (ELT), লোককথা আৰু সংস্কৃতি অধ্যয়ন আৰু লগতে শিশু সাহিত্য বিষয়ৰ ওপৰত আধাৰিত। প্ৰখ্যাত হিন্দী অনুবাদক দীনেশ কুমাৰ মালিয়ে তেওঁৰ বিখ্যাত কাব্য গ্ৰন্থ সীতা (Sita),[12] আৰু তেওঁৰ গল্পসমূহ হিন্দীলৈ অনুবাদ কৰিছিল। তেওঁ ইন্দিৰা গান্ধী ৰাষ্ট্ৰীয় মুক্ত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ৰ বাবে লোককথা আৰু সংস্কৃতি অধ্যয়নৰ কাৰ্যসূচী সজ্জিত আৰু বিকশিত কৰিছে।[9] তেওঁ নতুন দিল্লীৰ “ইণ্টাৰডিচিপ্লিনেৰী জাৰ্নেল অৱ লিটাৰেচাৰ এণ্ড লেংগুৱেজ” (Interdisciplinary Journal of Literature And Language) আলোচনীৰ মুখ্য সম্পাদিকাও। তদুপৰি চাহুৱে ভাৰত আৰু বিদেশত বিভিন্ন বিষয়ৰ ওপৰত বক্তৃতা প্ৰদান কৰিছে।[7][9]
