২০২০ চনৰ ২৫ ছেপ্টেম্বৰ তাৰিখে তামিলনাডুচেন্নাইৰ এমজিএম হস্পিটেলত ক'ভিড-১৯ত আক্ৰান্ত হৈ তেওঁৰ মৃত্যু হয়।[22] তেওঁ আগবঢ়োৱা অৱদানৰ স্বীকৃতি স্বৰূপে ভাৰত চৰকাৰে ২০২১ চনত তেওঁক মৰণোত্তৰভাৱে দেশৰ দ্বিতীয় সৰ্বোচ্চ অসামৰিক সন্মান পদ্মবিভূষণ প্ৰদান কৰে।[23][24]

প্ৰাৰম্ভিক জীৱন[সম্পাদনা কৰক]

১৯৪৬ চনৰ ৪ জুন তাৰিখে মাদ্ৰাজ প্ৰেচিডেন্সীৰ নেল্লোৰৰ (বৰ্তমান অন্ধ্ৰ প্ৰদেশ) তেলেগু ব্ৰাহ্মণ পৰিয়ালত এছ. পি. বালসুব্ৰমনিয়মৰ জন্ম হৈছিল।[25][26][27][28][29][30][31] তেওঁৰ পিতৃ এছ. পি. সম্ভমূৰ্তি এগৰাকী হৰিকথা শিল্পী আছিল আৰু তেওঁ নাটকত অভিনয়ো কৰিছিল।[32] তেওঁৰ মাতৃ শকুন্তলাম্মা।[33] তেওঁৰ দুজন ভাতৃ কৰো পাঁচ গৰাকী ভগ্নী আছিল।[34][35][36] বালসুব্ৰমনিয়মে সৰু কালৰ পৰায়ে সংগীতৰ প্ৰতি আকৰ্ষিত অনুভৱ কৰিছিল আৰু সংগীতৰ প্ৰাৰম্ভিক জ্ঞান আহৰণ কৰিছিল। তেওঁ অভিযন্তা হোৱাৰ মানসেৰে অনন্তপুৰত অৱস্থিত জেএনটিইউ অভিযান্ত্ৰিক মহাবিদ্যালয়ত নামভৰ্তি কৰিছিল। কিন্তু টাইফয়ড ৰোগত আক্ৰান্ত হোৱাৰ বাবে তেওঁ শিক্ষা আধৰুৱাকৈ এৰি চেন্নাইৰ অভিযন্তা প্ৰতিষ্ঠানত সহযোগী সদস্য হিচাপে যোগদান কৰে।[7][37]

অভিযান্ত্ৰিক শিক্ষা গ্ৰহণ কৰি থকা কালছোৱাৰ সমসাময়িক ভাবে তেওঁ সংগীত চৰ্চাতো মনোনিবেশ কৰিছিল আৰু বিভিন্ন প্ৰতিযোগিতাত বঁটা লাভ কৰিবলৈ সক্ষম হৈছিল। ১৯৬৪ চনত তেওঁ মাদ্ৰাজৰ তেলেগু সাংস্কৃতিক সংস্থাৰ সংগীতৰ প্ৰতিযোগিতাত প্ৰথম স্থান দখল কৰিছিল। তাৰপিছত তেওঁ কেইবাজনো সংগীতশিল্পী লগত লৈ এক সাংগীতিক দল গঠন কৰে। এই দলত অনিৰুত্তা, ইলিয়াৰাজা, ভাস্কৰ আৰু গংগাই অম্ৰান আছিল আৰু তেওঁ নিজে এই দলৰ দলপতি আছিল।[38]

বালসুব্ৰমনিয়মে সাৱিত্ৰীৰ সৈতে বিবাহপাশত আৱদ্ধ হৈছিল। তেওঁলোকৰ দুগৰাকী সন্তান দুহিতা পল্লৱী আৰু[39][40] আৰু পুত্ৰ এছ. পি. বি. চৰণ। এছ. পি. বি. চৰণ এগৰাকী কণ্ঠশিল্পী আৰু চলচ্চিত্ৰ নিৰ্মাতা।[41][42] ২০১৯ চনৰ ৪ ফেব্ৰুৱাৰী তাৰিখে বালসুব্ৰমনিয়মৰ মাতৃ শকুন্তলাম্মাৰ ৮৯ বছৰ বয়সত মৃত্যু হৈছিল।[33]
