অসমৰ জিলাসমূহ
ভাৰতবৰ্ষৰ জিলাৰ সংজ্ঞা হ'ল - জিলা আয়ুক্তৰ দ্বাৰা শাসিত এক প্ৰশাসনিক ভৌগোলিক অঞ্চল, আইন শৃংখলা অটুট ৰখা দায়িত্ব বহন কৰা জিলা দণ্ডাধীশৰ কাৰ্যালয়সমূহ আৰু ৰাজহ সংগ্ৰহৰ দায়িত্বত থকা ৰাজহ বিষয়াসকলৰ সমন্বয় ৰক্ষা কৰা। সাধাৰণতে ভাৰতীয় প্ৰশাসনিক সেৱাৰ বিষয়াসকল জিলা উপায়ুক্ত হয় যদিও কেতিয়াবা অসম প্ৰশাসনিক সেৱাৰ বিষয়াসকলকো এই পদত নিযুক্তি দিয়া হয়। জিলা আয়ুক্তক সহায় কৰিবলৈ যথেষ্ট সংখ্যক বিভিন্ন অতিৰিক্ত প্ৰশাসিনক বিষয়া থাকে। আইন শৃংখলা আৰু তেনে ধৰণৰ বিষয়সমূহ নিয়াৰিকৈ চলোৱাৰ দায়িত্বত এজন ভাৰতীয় পুলিচ সেৱাৰ বিষয়া এজন আৰক্ষী অধীক্ষক ৰূপে থাকে। বৰ্তমান অসমৰ মুঠ জিলা ৩৫ খন।
ইতিহাস
[সম্পাদনা কৰক]২০১৫ চনৰ ১৫ আগষ্টত তদানীন্তন অসমৰ মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী তৰুণ গগৈয়ে পাঁচখন নতুন জিলা গঠন কৰাৰ কথা ঘোষণা কৰে।[1][2] পুনৰ ২৬ জানুৱাৰী ২০১৬ চনত তদানীন্তন মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী তৰুণ গগৈয়ে আৰু দুখন জিলা ক্ৰমে পূব কামৰূপ আৰু দক্ষিণ কামৰূপ ঘোষণা কৰে, যদিও পৰ্যাপ্ত প্ৰশাসনিক আন্তঃগাঁঠনি নথকাৰ বাবে ৭ অক্টোবৰ ২০১৬ তাৰিখে এক কেবিনেট সভাত সাময়িকভাৱে স্থগিত ৰখা হয়।
২৭ জুন ২০১৬ চনত মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী সৰ্বানন্দ সোণোৱালে মাজুলীক জিলা ঘোষণা কৰাত মাজুলী ভাৰতৰ প্ৰথমখন নদীদ্বীপ জিলা হৈ পৰিল আৰু অসমৰ মুঠ জিলাৰ সংখ্যা ৩৩ হ’ল।[3] ২০২০ চনৰ ৮ আগষ্ট তাৰিখে অসম কেবিনেটে বৰপেটা জিলাৰ বজালী মহকুমাক জিলালৈ উন্নীত কৰা প্ৰস্তাৱ গৃহীত হোৱাৰ পিছত অসমৰ মুঠ জিলাৰ সংখ্যা ৩৪খন হ'ল।[4] ২০২২ চনৰ ২৩ জানুৱাৰী তাৰিখে অসম চৰকাৰে এক অধিসূচনাৰ জৰিয়তে তামুলপুৰক জিলা হিচাপে ঘোষণা কৰে আৰু ইয়াৰ লগে লগে অসমৰ মুঠ জিলাৰ সংখ্যা ৩৫ হয়।[5]
২০২২ চনৰ ৩১ ডিচেম্বৰত অসম কেবিনেটে চাৰিখন নতুনকৈ গঠিত জিলাক বৰ্তমানৰ চাৰিখন জিলাৰ সৈতে একত্ৰিত কৰাৰ সিদ্ধান্ত লয়।[6] এই জিলাসমূহ আছিল-

অসমৰ মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী হিমন্ত বিশ্ব শৰ্মাই কয় যে ৰাজ্যত ইচিআইৰ সীমা নিৰ্ধাৰণ প্ৰক্ৰিয়া আৰু চৰকাৰে পুনৰ বিবেচনা কৰাৰ আগতে এইটো এটা অস্থায়ী ব্যৱস্থা।[7] ২০২৩ চনৰ ২৫ আগষ্টত অসমৰ মুখ্যমন্ত্ৰী হিমন্ত বিশ্ব শৰ্মাই চাৰিখন জিলা ক্ৰমে বিশ্বনাথ, হোজাই, বজালী, আৰু তামুলপুৰ জিলাই মৰ্যদা ঘূৰাই পোৱাৰ কথা ঘোষণা কৰে৷[8][9] ইয়াৰ লগে লগে অসমৰ মুঠ জিলাৰ সংখ্যা পুনৰ ৩৫খন হৈ পৰে৷
